Counseling and Behavior Change: Counseling for many may bring up feelings of anxiety, and that is expected. I have great respect for those who decide to make a commitment toward achieving greater meaning and fulfillment in life. I have walked the counseling road personally and can appreciate how challenging it can be. My approaches are tailored specifically to your goals and needs. Personal Training: I offer personal training services at The Diet Doc facility in Evansville, Indiana. For those of you who do not live in this area, I offer virtual training services or online training and program design. Programs will be based on your specific needs and goals, injuries, and/or contraindications as directed by your physician, physical therapist, or other health practitioner. Programs will include resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility instruction.
